Been hunting for active Genshin Impact redeem codes? You’re in the right place. I’ve spent hours testing these codes to bring you only the ones that actually work right now.

Quick heads up - some of these codes expire fast, especially the livestream ones. I’d grab them while you can.

How to Redeem Genshin Codes

There are two ways to redeem codes, and honestly, the website method is way easier.

  1. Go to the official Genshin Impact code redemption page
  2. Log in with your HoYoverse account
  3. Select your server (this is important!)
  4. Enter the code exactly as shown
  5. Click redeem
  6. Check your in-game mail for rewards

Method 2: In-Game

  1. Open Paimon Menu → Settings → Account
  2. Click “Redeem Code”
  3. Enter your code
  4. Confirm

Note: The in-game method doesn’t work on iOS, so iPhone players need to use the website.

Important Requirements & Limitations

Adventure Rank Requirements

Most codes need Adventure Rank 10 to redeem. There are a few exceptions:

  • GENSHINGIFT works at Adventure Rank 1
  • You need Adventure Rank 2 to claim rewards from mail

Code Limitations

  • Each code works once per account
  • Codes are case-sensitive
  • Don’t add spaces before or after the code
  • Most codes expire within 24-48 hours of release
  • Livestream codes typically give you 300 total Primogems

When New Codes Drop

New codes usually appear during:

  • Version livestreams (every 6 weeks)
  • Special events and holidays
  • Community milestones
  • Social media campaigns

The livestream codes are the big ones - they always give 3 codes worth 100 Primogems each. Set a reminder for the next special program if you don’t want to miss out.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

“Invalid redemption code”

  • Check spelling and capitalization
  • Make sure you’re on the right server
  • Code might have expired

“Redemption successful” but no rewards

  • Check your in-game mail
  • Rewards might take a few minutes to arrive

Can’t find redemption option in-game

  • You need Adventure Rank 10
  • iOS users must use the website

Version 5.1 is coming soon, and with it, new livestream codes. Based on the pattern, we should see three new codes worth 100 Primogems each.
